New Items: Owl hat, Headband, Mini Boutique Bag

I've had some special requests this week and they turned out so well (my customers have FANTASTIC ideas), I've added them to Etsy! I don't know which is my favorite:  the owl hat is stinkin' adorable! I wish I'd had one when we did Riley's newborn photo shoot. I love how it can be made to be a girly owl or a boy just by making the flower detachable. Makes it perfect for photographers.

The scalloped headband is so nice, too! Much better than just a plain one. I can't wait to make some for Riley (I've just got to wait for the orders I'm working on to go out before I can get working on those).  

The mini boutique bag is so tiny and cute I can't believe it! I'm thinking it would be perfect to use as a gift bag for small items.  I can't wait to be invited to a party so I can use this idea! The great thing about this one is that it was a special request. I thought it would be way too tiny for anything, but I made it anyway. To my surprise, I LOVE the size, especially for a toddler. I know there are many little girls who want to carry a purse so they can be "just like mommy," but there aren't any their size. This one is made with them in mind.  

All in all, it's been a fun week at the Daisy Cottage Designs headquarters (read my house).
