15 Yarn Crafts for Kids {& Adults}

If you're anything like me, your yarn stash is absolutely ridiculous. My yarn stash is currently filling two cabinets (and my wonderful hubby is putting a third together as I type), a couple of baskets, and a couple of totes. It's a little bit out of hand, but you didn't hear me say that. I really am trying to use up some of my stash (keep an eye out for my stash busting project), and what better way to do that than get my little girls involved in the process? To get my creativity juices flowing, I found 15 of the cutest yarn crafts on the Internet.

Pictured:
Yarn Block Prints from Modern Parents Messy Kids. This project would be fun for kids and parents alike. In fact, I'm thinking this might be just the thing my craft space needs.
Ojos de Dios from Ponderings from My Heart. These super quick, super fun crafts are great for rainy days or for times when your brain needs a break.
Sunshine Wall Craft from Caron. From suns to funky animals, the possibilities for these little cuties are endless.
Yarn Wrapped Tulips from School Time Snippets. My girly girls would love seeing bouquets they made themselves brightening up our tabletops.
Heart Lacing Cards from Parents. What a fun way to practice fine motor skills!
Word Nail Art from Poppy Haus. I absolutely love this modern use of simple materials.
Glow in the Dark Jelly Fish from Think Crafts. How funky and fun are these! Perfect for beginning or ending a unit on under the sea creatures.

And here are some other great ideas!
